- Some time around Thu, 29 Feb 96, Jonathan did scribble thus:

-
- And I'm equally sure that I would use such a beast from time to time, as
- would many others. But, because Microshite are doing their utmost to remove
- Windope 3.x from the face of the Earth...
-
- > Yes I /know/ it would be sloooooow but surely it's better than nothing? ;)
-
- Given that there are already a number of PC emulators available, wouldn't
- it be better just to go that route instead? Then you get the works; you
- can have Windope, DROS or Windope ~95 running quite happily.

-
- I believe PCTask does that well enough and it multitasks - well, only so
- far as running an Amiga along side of it. Oh, and a Mac, and a Speccy, and
- a... How about NetBSD or LINUX in a window? That'd be really neat.

-
- :-) CreateNewProcTags() gives any program the possibility of spawning
- multiple threads. AWeb also takes advantage of such, and I'll be shocked to
- see it finally released without that to which IBrowse holds dear.

- "These IF statements really do make a difference Mr Gates!" proclaimed
- the Microsoft programmer [who dared optimize his code] in an excited,
- almost child-like, display of vocal dexterity.
